What's New @ St. Albans

St. Al’s@5 Summer Schedule
From July 30 to August 27 we will have one Sunday service only at 10am.  St. Al’s@ will resume at 5pm on Sunday, September 3.

Join the St. Al’s 150th Party Committee
St. Alban’s is turning 150 and we want to celebrate by throwing a big party in September! We need volunteers to help plan the party, and help out at the event on September 24. If you are interested in volunteering, please email or talk to Caitlin Armstrong, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Tour de St. Albans
Be part of another St. Albans first. A weekend bike trip is being planned for August 19/20 travelling from the church to Almonte. This is approximately a 3 1/4 hour bike ride, almost completely on bike paths. We will take our time and picnic en route. The intention is to stay at B&Bs at our destination, however you may join the ride for a single day or en route. Space pending, it may be possible to stay at the B&B and not ride. Please contact Haig for more details and to indicate your interest or offer to help with logistics.

LGBTQ2 Pride Day Parade
Everyone is invited to show our colours at the annual Pride Day parade on Sunday, August 27. Anglican parishes are being invited to march, together, under the banner of the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa. Join the St Alban's contingent to show our welcome to all members of the community.
The parade begins at 1:30 p.m. at Bank and Gladstone Streets. Our team will gather on Bank south of Gladstone starting at 12:00 noon.  Contact Ron Chaplin for information.
