What's New @ St. Albans

UOttawa December Pause Tables!
Calling all volunteers! It is exam time again at uOttawa, and The Open Table ministry is continuing to help support students with their Exam Pause Tables. The tables offer students free coffee, healthy snacks, and some time to chat about how they are doing. At uOttawa, the pause tables will be running in the University Center from 9am until 4pm (or whenever we run out of food) on December 13 and 14. If you can help, please speak to Allie McDougall.

Youth Pizza Lunch on December 17!
There will be a pizza lunch for St. Al's youth ages of 12 to 18 on December 17, right after church. Our youth numbers are growing and Allie wants to brainstorm youth ministry ideas with you! Parents, stay tuned for updates from Allie.

Dec 17 Blue Christmas Service, 5pm
St. Al’s@5 will have a Blue Christmas service next Sunday. This is a service especially for those who find Christmas to be a difficult time of year, and for those who wish to offer support. St. Albans Blue Christmas service is an opportunity to acknowledge some of the 'blue' feelings we have at Christmas time, and to offer them to God. We pray that you will find hope and comfort in knowing that you are not alone. All are welcome.
